Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item(s) for a full refund of the purchase price, provided the item is returned to our warehouse in its original condition. We only accept undamaged, unaltered, unsoiled, unused, unworn, and unwashed products (apart from trying them on). Exchanges and Refunds
We are happy to offer an exchange or refund for defective products. We will provide an exchange for unworn items returned in their original condition and packaging, with the return form fully completed. Please be aware that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds and exchanges are only available for items returned within 30 days of delivery.Items returned as faulty but showing damage not due to manufacturing faults will not be accepted. This includes accidental, malicious, or wear-related damage. It will take approximately 7 to 10 business days to process your refund.Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your payment account or method first. Refunds can take time to process. If you have already checked with your payment provider and still haven't received the refund, contact us at info@cartfilly.com.
Standard Refund Method
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method and to the same credit or debit card as the original purchase (except for gift cards and e-gift cards, which will be refunded as store credit on a new gift card). Please note that shipping charges and sales tax on shipping are non-refundable.
Faulty Items
We will return a product if it fails to meet its expected lifespan and is covered by our warranty policy. The warranty depends on the product category and the reason for failure. We will not return items that are damaged due to improper use. The intended use of the product is determined at Cartfilly's discretion and will be judged reasonably.If you received a faulty item or the incorrect item in your delivery, we will resolve this as quickly as possible. To send the item back, please visit the Return Portal and enter the last 6 digits of your order number and your email address to receive further instructions.
Refund Process
